Clinical Engineer and certified Medical Device Consultant (§83 MPDG, TÜV) specialising in neuromodulation and implantable medical devices. Passionate about innovative AI-driven solutions for healthcare and medical challenges.
Passionate Engineer dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence and innovative technologies in medical applications and medical engineering. I believe in the transformative power of technology to revolutionise healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes through intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.
With a particular focus on Neurotechnology and Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), I explore how cutting-edge technologies can bridge the gap between human neurology and assistive devices. During my Master's studies, I gained hands-on experience with computer vision applications and BCI systems, working on projects involving EEG, MEG and EMG signal processing at Charité University's Clinical Neurotechnology Lab.
I work at the intersection of engineering, healthcare, and emerging technology, currently focusing on implantable medical devices at MED-EL. Throughout my career, I have worked across engineering, medical technology, clinical research, and product development, including experiences with BMW Group, Arthrex, Fresenius Medical Care, and Charité. My background combines more than 7 years of engineering experience with hands-on work in medical devices, software, signal processing, and AI. I am particularly interested in how technologies such as artificial intelligence, computer vision, and intelligent software systems can move beyond prototypes and become reliable tools for real clinical problems. I am driven by one question: how can we turn technically interesting ideas into practical solutions that genuinely improve healthcare and patient care?.
